i killed 36 wither skeletons with looting 3 but got no skull drops. i checked pretty carefully.

0.945^36 = 0.13048

If i kill another 36 tomorrow and get no drops, something is definitely broken

The intro center now has a ladder to/from the roof. It's here. It might be hard to find if you spawn on the roof because the roof is sloped. There's also an entrance to the city view tower from the roof now so now members don't get stuck.
