No, I own and pay to keep the server running, I can close it or do anything I like if I decide to. That doesn't mean I don't care about what people think or take that into consideration.

(I don't have any plans to close it and if I have to for economic/inactivity reasons I will try to find a way to make it publicly available by letting another person host and pass it on or crop parts out to people etc.)
If people vote for me to continue it but I don't have the money to do it what else can I do than overrule people?

Also, could you link to where I said it?

Either it was Steam chat or back in game months ago, you said something about how nothing could be done on the server if at least half of the people agreed. Bong decided to use this against me later on, not sure for what, so I just assumed that it was grandfathered in as a rule.

I would go for an area a bit outside green, the green route is too complex to crop and in case the new generation completely changes everything the river being messed up would make it much harder to even out the chunky borders there could be.

Darvincia could have that yes, although the land generation has been so similar for the past many updates that there weren't any chunky borders from cropping, so I don't think it would be needed.

no because if a mesa biome generates there, a massive cliff will be right next to darvincia and it will be very ugly

Blacraft is uber dead but I was bored so I built an iron golem farm in only 2 hours.



Most of that time was spent taking 8 villagers from Desertopia...

I got permission to kidnap, rape, separate families, take testificates from their homes and livelihoods, murder, put them into a confined 2x2 tube where their sole purpose is to breed and produce iron golems, from you kipz...right?

oh and I killed an iron golem because it was in the way

Well there isn't much lava in the 50 blocks I moved the items so I was playing it risky. :P
