I don't think it does any harm, but it should probably not be used in PvP/The Battleground.

would people like swiftness I, 20% faster, for 8 minutes or swiftness II, 40% faster, for 90 seconds? (nether roads) for the overworld, i think swift I with item dispenser would be good. for the nether, swiftness II with splash dispenser. materials: 64 redstone can get around 2 weeks of swiftness I, so that shouldn't be a problem i'd need 64 gunpowder for a lot less swiftness II, however. also, if it is thrown, you might not get the whole 90 seconds, however it takes less than 90 seconds to travel from desertopia to kaeshar (untested).

I'd say start with swiftness 1 and test how much it's a burden on the materials, then if it isn't a problem, you could test swiftness 2.

I just mined the layers out one by one and put only a few torches, as long as you're within a small area, mobs won't spawn because they don't spawn very close to you. Just mined one side of the stairs at a time.

Nobody is whitelisted. Some kind of glitch that happened when the server updated. You should be back on it now though.

Aneways, been away from Blacraft too long methinks since I got bored of it a while ago.
