Almost snowed here in Florida 3 years ago. The most I got that day was small, almost flake-like sheets of ice that melted on contact of the ground. But you could still notice a good layer of snow-ish ice on the ground. That was an awesome day.  ;D

School is canceled today, I may not see snow on the ground right now but I'm going to be dusted with 2 feet of snow.

Fiah, Bong, Kipz, and any other forumers that live in the northeast, be safe out there.

We're too far south for it to actually snow. It does snow in the high altitudes, but that's irrelevant.

I live in Greenland. Weather is never an excuse to be late or close something here. If you can't handle a blizzard then you are living the wrong place. :)

Well, town being no more than 2km from one end to the other of course also help.

Lol tass, we're on opposite ends of the spectrum. Here 42-45C is normal at the summertime.

I've done a few times. They spread gravel on the roads though so it is not really practical, only right after fresh snow. Usually I just walk.

No. Sometimes the sun shines :) though of course the days are extremely short this time of year.

Kol no, the arctic is far too dry for fresh snow all the time.
