It stops simulating during the night, so I'd guess the system is that if you have a small well lit house, but the areas around it aren't well lit, it will generate a zombie waking you near your bed.
Like "if light level is smaller than 9 on a tile in a radus of x around the player, then spawn zombie".

Hiiro - Two sand(stone) overhangs and a small patch of floating sand.
9000.1 - Overhangs and three (more?) waterfalls.
yogscast - Awesome mountains complete with a waterfall.
10110101 - An overhang and a bay.
DRR! DRR! DRR! - Two epic overhangs and epic mountains.
Chopper - Floating islands.
mojang - Long cliff with a patch of pumpkins.
Earth - Epic overhang with a tall darkness.. thingy, and a patch of pumpkins.
Moon - Mini valleys.
Hitler - Ironically, cool mountains with a big tree on the top.
Italia - Surrounded by highlands, spawn near lakes, good place to start imo.
Soviet Russia - Upside down V shape mountain.
Deoxy - Mountains EVERYWHERE.
NeutronStar - Awesome mountains.

Dead Space - Awesome cliffs, waterfalls, and a floating island.
helmsdeep - Lots of overhangs and cliffs.
Google - A long mountain.
Land of the Lost - Long, tall mountain.
gargamel - Spawn in a dark cave with grass/sand and beautiful mountains.

Actually... I downloaded about 5. I tried Adamant Pack first... I tried another after I tried it out. And as soon as I tried the other one out, I knew Adamant Pack was the one.

Do you know how mad I am? I'm very mad. My comp shut off in the middle of a Minecraft session and my world got deleted, that world was awesome for caverns, they went forever, and full of ores, I had gold, diamond, everything!
I feel like punching a tree so much right now.
