Yes, it does make sense for an old update such as Update 20 to be available free for download on the official website.

It is fine making an old version of Universe Sandbox 2 free. Update 20.0 can be free because its old.

Alpha 20 is too similar to modern US2. Do that to a far older version, like maybe alpha 10 or something like that.

If Update 20 is too similar from the current version, then they should add Alpha 19 for free to download.
