for some reason wen i started the game the tutorial appeard wen i started playng on the start of the year

can you please tell me what is going on?

Do you mean the introduction tutorial automatically started when you launched Universe Sandbox ²? We tweaked some startup experiences recently and it's possible it reset for you, so it just showed it to you like you were a new user. Nothing to be concerned about.  :)
