there is a mystery program on my computer that i cannot seem to find and i know exactly where it came from

i'm just straight up deleting it and then searching for its cousin files in appdata and wherever else there might be things from it (windows is having no problem in completely deleting it like i think it would with a virus)

apparently i installed a program two months ago that automatically installed the suspicious program today??? that's entirely not what i expected??? wth
