Edit mode bug

I sent a feedback, but I want to make sure that someone will read it.
I found a bug. Here's how to see it step by step:

1.Click at edit mode
2.Click at add button
3.Close the add window (the window with planets, etc..)
4.You will exit the edit mode

That's the bug.
