[BUG] Impact Flash Sprites hiding behind Bodies

So it looks like US2 occasionally cuts corners in terms of representing some certain aspects... which is totally fine, since today's computers can't really fill in the blanks of said aspects.

However, I noticed for quite a while now that the flash created from impacts are not spheres, but actually forward-facing sprites. This is also fine, but the sprites actually interact with the environment and clip into terrain, which, to be frank, is kinda ugly :/
