Setting Periapsis

I got the Steam version 2.2. I don't know what version this also known as. I just bought it.

Is it not possible to set periapsis say, inside the orbit of Mercury and apoapsis say, outside the orbit of Pluto?

I try changing eccentricity but this does not seem to work.
