Installing on Linux

I have both games, but I'm fairly new to Ubuntu and I would like to check out how US1 performs on it.
I found several threads with people having it on Linux, but I've tried different ways to install it and so far I've failed.

Has anyone installed the game on Linux?

Linux is kinda slow... im just sayn that it sucks and its hard to get games on Linux. I dont know if you can get US2 on Linux but you should be able to get US1 on Linux.
