I'm going to make the 'Eastern War' where me and Deoxy (not sure if he continued warring with Darvince on Round 15) vs. Darvince, and probably Nue soon.

It doesn't matter really, as the next player has to take its turn before you're unable to take yours. The rules say you can jump in again whenever you want, which includes when your turn has expired. The difference is just that other players can take their turn when yours has expired.

Sorry Darvince, but you overspent. I guess it's not a surprise.

Your calculator is wrong Bla, he actually spent 336, not 3,360.

I think what you did was look at the top row of numbers and multiply it with the numbers in the sea base columns. Remember that it's the cost multiplier, as default the sea bases cost 10, and that is multiplied by those numbers. So it is 3360.

Updated statistics. I don't like Naru523's and Darvince's large increase in production last turn.

No, I added it like this:
(1 * 1) + (1 * 5) + (1 * 10) + (1 * 20) + (6 * 50) = 336

So that is why I am wrong.

It's:
Unit price * Number of units * Cost multiplier (based on distance)
10 * 1 * 1
+ 10 * 1 * 5
+ 10 * 1 * 10
+ 10 * 1 * 20
+ 10 * 6 * 50
= 3360.

Deoxy99 may spend 5 + 67 + 3 + 336 / 5 = 142,2 = 142 resources.
I recommend you wait until NeutronStar is back, and let him take his turn before you take yours, otherwise we risk that Naru523 and Darvince get their turns and NeutronStar loses more turns.
