Because giving an extractor could be exploited if you attack it afterwards (giving you resources), Naru523 has to accept the gift. If he accepts... Hmm... When should it be transferred, when he accepts or when his turn starts? Just accept soon, then we'll make the rules later. :P

Btw, Bla may spend 5 + 58 + 2 + 156 / 5 = 96,2 = 96 resources.

Fine, I'm done discussing peace for now, Darvince. We can have a naval war if you want (and also if you don't), right now I can easily sustain the front between our nashunz... But I could also lend some sea bases to Deoxy99 if he wants to have fun as well... And let's see what the rest of Our Mighty Alliance does.

NeutronStar may spend 5 + 67 + 40 + 98 / 5 = 131,6 = 132 resources.

Okay, we need some serious rules on how and when zones are transfered.

As it is now, the rules say that you can give any zone to anyone else you want. The rules don't say when, but since everything else is done the same turn that you take your turn, it is slightly obviously done while taking your turn as well.
But the problem is, that if you transfer an extractor, you could conquer it the next turn and gain resources that way, assuming the one who receives it doesn't give it back. Even worse, two players could trick a third player if player 2 takes it's turn between player 1 and player 3, and player 1 gives an extractor to player 3. Then player 2 can conquer the extractor and gain resources from player 3.

How do we solve this?

But instantly is exactly the problem. :/
The 3 player trick is:
1) Player 1 gives player 3 an extractor, bordering all three players.
2) Player 2 conquers the extractor, gaining up to 20 resources from the enemy.
3) Player 3 can't really do anything to prevent this, if you can just give anything to anyone whenever you want.

I think we need some more clear rules before I give Deoxy99 a sea base, as I didn't do it in my turn.

Here's one solution:
A player owning an extractor doesn't lose resources if it's conquered between the turn it is received from another player and the receiver's turn.

I'll wait giving you a sea base until the next turn. The rules should also be made so that you can't gift a zone you've conquered the same turn, so it won't be possible for an alliance to conquer zones two zones away.

Yes, I can do that.

Additions to the rules:
Square symbols - The extractor:
If an extractor is conquered or destroyed between the turn it is received from another player and the receiver's turn, no resources are transfered or lost.

Peaceful exchange of zones:
The infrastructure (square zones and cities) on zones isn't lost if they're given to other players.
Zones etc. may only be given while taking your turn, and you cannot gift zones which you have conquered during that turn.
Production from gifted zones and their infrastructure isn't applied to the one who receives them before the next round, so it doesn't give production multiple times in the same round.

Naru523 may spend 5 + 60 + 1 + 63 / 5 = 78,6 = 79 resources.
