[BUG] Colorful Earth?
« on: April 10, 2015, 02:46:47 PM »
I have discovered a glitch or a bug in US2. When I opened the game, I edited Earths mass to 1 mg just to see what would happen. Nothing really happened, except when I edited Earth back to its original mass, all of the continents were rainbow-colored. I don't know if it's just my computer or something, but it's pretty weird.

Weird, I'll have to see if I can reproduce it.

If it's a bug, keep it. I want a psychedelic Earth...

Yea, this one is a bug. We've finally tracked down exactly what's going. It's basically a problem when a body transitions from a planet, to a planetoid, and back again. The shader maps are getting mixed up.
