Have you tried to rename .ubox as .zip?

I thought like you at first, but ubox offers the flexibility to put several files into the zipped folder. For example, in future release Dan might include Appearance.xml as well as the standard system.xml

What doesn't work for you in .ubox? It probably will in the future, when more features are added to saving.

Neutron, the US still reads the xml file directly, just descompact the ubox with winrar and use the file.

I can't rename it to zip. Deoxy told me to get 7-zip, and I still can't. I can put it into a folder and edit the xml. But then, when I edit the xml, I can't rezip it and rename as ubox, since 7-zip wont open!

Let me zip them for you and then turn them to ubox files.

Once you have edited the xml, you don't need to rezip it and rename it again. You just have to drop the xml file in the "Systems" directory of US.

No, that mean I have to send it to you, then you send it back, wasting useless time.

Deal with sending them and "wasting" time. The time needs to be wasted because it's for a good purpose.
