I was just messing around with a binary system, and it then merged into a weird something?

Here is the screen shot

Also I was about to spawn an earth like planet to recreate some sci-fi movie with 2 stars but it turned out to be a star.

What you have there is what would be called a contact binary.

Also, I'm very sure that brown dwarfs don't do flares.

Your Earth-like planet probably turned into a star because the distance from the other star is very close. If the planet was close to the star, the temperature would've been hot enough to turn into a star.

That's not really how stars work. See, a star isn't just a mass of molten silicates. A star is a globe of hydrogen and helium that is so massive that it's own weight crushes it's atoms into each other. This is called Nuclear Fusion.
