Where to discuss personal issues?

So I've got a question that'd probably break the rules. Anyone know a site like Yahoo Answers where I can anonymously ask questions?

I should have mentioned that Yahoo is a turd that insists on having your phone number when I don't have a phone.

so why not use a service to bogus your phone number temporarily and use that number for the yahoo account? it seems to be the best solution to me, after finding an equivalent service to yahoo answers, which ask.com unfortunately isn't.
