Is it possible if you could allow where you could create life on suitable planets and then watch them evolve. And hay maybe once they get super intelligent you may witness Planet A blowing up Planet B. Or maybe you could just watch Planet A's inhabitants try to go into a Black hole. Though I have more suggestions I'm thinking of.
