It's not bad, but dubstep is a strange genre for an anthem.

Yeah, however in the timeline the anthem was made not as a "YOU MUST STAND AND SING ALONG BLAHBLAHBLAH" but mostly just a quick piece to make people proud about being in the P.R.O.

Also I'm using an anthem generator to make one for CRV but too many of them keep mentioning God's glory and all that R.B., or they just conflict with CRV's ethics etc.

I'm not a dubstep-fan, but I think it falls into the nicer category of dubstep. It sounds fine.
It's not what I'd associate with an anthem, like Matty said, but there's no reason a space civ would mimic human's anthem styles, so I guess it's ok.
It ends very abruptly, you might want to add some kind of fade out or a final note or something like that.
When you go for something purely instrumental, it could also make the anthem more varied and interesting by adding variations between the verses, maybe different instruments (or probably rather effects in dubstep)

LMMS is good for editing notes and making music from scratch

Audacity is good for editing music, adding fade in/out, organizing stuff with multiple tracks and making some effects.

I wanted to share to you guys what style I was going for.

I was going for the more "We are grand, we are awesome" feel, however soon to be is a military/war version with fast paced and more of a battle theme.
