maff homework
other maff homework
social studies readings and notes both of them
bio notes and prelab
english draft paper

I should be less inclined to procrastinate after writing it down

I can recommend using a calendarvince, that must be more convenient than making forums posts? :P

I think spreadsheets are useful for it, this has served me well since August 2010.

I write down what I need to do for each period on a notebook.
Result: Very effective

I also used a notebook for homework reminders in school, also works fine.

Have you tried plastering your door and walls and stuff over with notes reminding you to check your calendarvince/notebook/etc. and changing your desktop wallpaper to a remindarvince to check it and then use it? I imagine if you keep checking it once you get home or something like that, you'd get used to it and it'd become a habit eventually
