I merge posts by copying the stuff in one into the other, then deleting the one I didn't copy to, it's not a merge menu, just the usual post editor.

Yes, but it's not fair to go around and remove other people's replies if they haven't done anything wrong. They can't predict if you want the thread to be about something else later, so deleting what they wrote before isn't fair. And this thread isn't all that serious anyway, so it shouldn't really matter if the replies are there.

Being a moderator isn't about having power, and it shouldn't be about having power. It's about assuring the stability of the forum environment.
Craving moderatorship for power is a sure way to never be considered for modship. Not that the forum is recruiting mods anyway.

Excuse me, but i think the meme is pronounced "Unlimated POWAH!" witch in fact the dark side does have its limits it eats away at your body till your a dried up husk of forgotten memories
