This is not intended to be some sort of bizarre punishment, it's just general maintenance to keep Count to a million on track.

Usually you can determine from the context whether the topic is supposed to be serious or not. There are many topics here that aren't serious, such as "hey xriqxa if you could post your random things here that'd be great".

I don't get paid and I don't want to either.
Everything Else doesn't mean you can write anything in any topic. It means you can make topics and discuss things that aren't covered by the other boards as long as they don't break the rules

But that doesn't mean you can go into any forum game or discussion and post things that have nothing to do with it. If people did that try to think of what a mess the board would be. Imagine if the politics thread got filled with people posting numbers or images of cars.
