wont load anything

I start it on steam and then the loading screen comes up and then it loads but all that I see is the background nothing else shows up. Then when I left click it freezes and if I press the quit button nothing happens even when it isn't frozen. Then I have to force quit it.

I thought about doing that, and when I started researching what it would take I found out it is actually a lot of work
