It does it in certain areas. Not the whole screen. i mean not just in one spot!

My old computer sometimes did the same, but not as much as that.
Try to mark everything by pressing Ctrl + A, and perhaps it turns normal.

If it's a very big problem you could try to restore your com to an earlier time, for example just before you started to get the problem.
