Computer ideal for US2

I own 2 computers, including one old (With Windows XP)
And one a bit newer but not very powerful (Windows 7 Home Premium)
Both have weak graphics card.
 Now I have a budget of $ 1000, w
hich computer do you recommend?

What model is the new one? Anyways, you probably dont need to build a new computer for this, US has to be able to run on average computers too.

If it has the system requirements it's good. Wonder how long it took to save up all that green... Oh wait it's Euros. I think I mean rainbow.

1GB free disk space - 332.4 GB ☑

So I pass the minimum requirements. Don't know about the recommended requirements though.
