Did they downgrade the craters?
« on: June 21, 2014, 08:31:15 PM »
It seems as if they downgraded the craters, in the preview the craters were 3D and had depth and the planet was all deformed out of shape.. now they are just textures and have to depth to them.

Search in the simulation setting and search for collision mode, when you find it, set it to "Awesome" ?

Open the Home window, go to the Settings tab.
Now make sure "Displacement Mapping" is ON.

If it is on and you dont see any deformed objects, that is either a bug or a problem
with the graphics card.

Oh that's what that option does.

He's a developer and member of Giant Army. and yes I'm sure he plays around with the sim. :D
