Agreed with vince, sadly if you didnt get into the alpha from the start you aint going to be getting in now.

And vince posted the glassic nope.avi video which everyone should really know.

Alpha testers aren't in on programming the game, that's for people like Georg and Naomi.

Alpha Testers ( Key word: Tester) only seek bugs and suggest improvements for the game.

Alpha testers are for TESTING if you have knowledge about programming, it's the team you should join.

Meh, heard it somewhere. Don't get your hopes up, though. US2 is very close to slated initial release and probably won't have time to add more testers. Might be some room for Beta Testers, though.

Its not for me, I already have the alpha but you could be getting other peoples hopes up for no reason.

It's always good to have positive hopes for something... I don't see why so many people want the Alpha. Probably the fact that they get " Earley access" to the game or that they will get it for free eventually. That's pretty selfish, considering how much money and effort Giant Army is putting into this amazing software. It's worth it to fork over just $20; I think people are just acting spoiled.

Coding is not something currently in US2 unfortunately. Addon/mod/API support has yet to be officially added IIRC.
