Kol I only have 201 messages because IRC was a thing and I don't really talk to the people that just use universe sandbox discussion boards not because I'm an elitist but because the last time I actually played Universe Sandbox was months ago, even the alpha.

This is NOT a censor box but a FAMILY page, keep it civil, you never know if a classroom full of school children will be on here now that there is a school version of the program, if you have a problem with this tell Dan directly and he can decide if he changes the rules, I am just interpreting them as I see it and it is VERY vague to begin with. I COULD have not even left a message and edited the page but I thought that would have been unfair to the user in question, doing this promotes talking about it. In the end if you dont like something I do TALK TO ME OR THE MODS, you will not get punished for voicing your opinion of me/us, I do not retaliate against users who disagree with me. If you guys REALLY want a page where you can say anything and everything you want maybe we can setup another section where you need moderator approval to get in, once in (since it takes moderator approval to enter) you can say whatever you want since we (the mods) can filter out the younger users of our site. So again if you guys have issues with how I am moderating the pages TELL me, I dont know if I should improve or stop doing something if no one tells me, you can also PM Dan or Bla and get a second opinion, I DO NOT rule the land here, I only interpret the rules as I can see them.

Assuming I understand what happened correctly, Unreal2004 edited Thomas' post for content and while I understand why, it wasn't a flame toward someone else, so not really against the spirit of the single rule which is to be nice to one another. They are just words. That said, don't blame Unreal, he was trying his best to keep the forums in good shape.

(I also edited Unreal's edit to tone it down a bit)

Attacks on one another will not be tolerated, but let's not worry too much about random words used in Everything Else.

@Thomas... I hope everything is cool.

@Unreal2004... thanks for all your unseen work in staving off spammers over the last few months. My apologies for the very vague direction that I have provided in how moderation should be handled.

School children can and have the interest to go into such boards. I was only about nine or ten when I entered this forum IIRC, so anything's possible; and who knows the consequences? It depends on how the child is like if they're going to be mentally scarred, but it's up to the admins to take the risk.
