Planetarium Version
« on: February 25, 2014, 10:37:26 AM »
Hi,
I run a small Planetarium in the UK, and would LOVE to use this software on our dome for visiting school groups.

Is this something that has been thought about or even in the working?

As there a lot of small Planetariums across the world that can't afford to pay the 1000's of $/£ for the software that is very much like yours?

I feel it would be an amazing experience for the user and the audience to see planets thrown off into space or see two galaxies "crashing" in to each other, in a full dome screen.
 :)
Andrew

Hi Andrew, i think that you must contact Dan Dixon the creator of this game/simulator. He will help you.

Also there is a new version that is in Alpha(testing)stage and it is better than the first version(the one that you are looking for).

If I were you I'd wait for the new US coming this year!

That's a good idea, to use it in a planetarium. I'm pretty sure there would be no problem with it

There's a school program that gives it to you for free.
