Decent Offtopic

So I have been searching on the Big G for Offtopic forums and what do you know,
there are hundreds of thousands of them out there.
Well, let me clarify... there are a lot of Offtopic forums within forums
oriented on specific topic, however, truly Offtopic boards, I couldn't find many.
 
As a result.... this thread, where I would like to ask you, fine folks to share your experiencies
with different Offtopic forums, and which ones would you recommend.

anyways this is a pretty decent offtopic forum.

This was just a spammer, IP and email came back on the black lists.  What they will do is post something innocent and then come back a week or two later and edit the post with the spam messages and now that it has views and replies it will be higher on the search engine pages.
