check off all you have installed. if you don't know whether you have the modules numpy pil matplotlib networkx or scipy installed, open python (this can be done by navigating to the c:\python27 directory or by typing python into the cmd), and type this: import numpy or import scipy. if the module imports successfully no error message will show up.
also check off that you have an OS installed so that i know how many people voted
