Okay, but M/mega means million, and G/giga means billion in the SI-prefix system. T/tera means trillion, k/kilo means 1000 etc.

But Universe Sandbox is a simulator, and the most important in simulators is the processor, becuase that's the one that calculates everything (the positions of stars etc.). Your computer should be fine at Universe Sandbox.

I paid something equal to 359 USD for my graphics card. It causes some problems, but when it works it's fantastic. I have no problems with graphics on the games I've installed so far, I can run them at maximum graphics. I guess I just have to wait until there are some updates for the drivers so it will be more stable.
But everything is better than my old computer.
Now I can RUN games.

No. If we talk about megabytes and gigabytes, 1000 megabytes is 1 gigabyte.
In that case, claiming 8000 megabyte is 7.81250 gigabyte would be like claiming 8000 million is 7.81250 billion.

If we talk about mebibytes and gibibytes, I don't know for sure. I won't spend brain cells at replacing 10³ with 2¹⁰ when talking about computers. The numbers aren't that different that it's worth it.

Peta = quadrillion
Exa = pentillion
Zetta = sexillion
Yotta = septillion

I think of it like Tera is the fourth (tetra), Peta is the fifth (penta), Exa is the sixth (hexa), but then it ends...

actually 7.81250 is correct....it goes on as a multiple of 1024......1gb = 1024 mb....2 gb = 2048 mb....3gb = 3072 mb...4gb = 4096 mb.....ect

thus 8000 mb would be equal to 7.81250 gb.......

7.81250 * 1024 = 8000

No, one kibibyte is 1024 bytes. A kilobyte is 1000 bytes, just like a kilogram is 1000 gram. Kilo means 1000, kibi means 1024. The same goes for mega and mebi, giga and gibi, tera and tebi and so on.
I know some language-persons recommend using kibi, mebi and gibi instead of kilo, mega and giga when speaking about computer memory, but 1) I think it sounds stupid

and 2) it's easier to calculate with 1000 instead of 1024.

Since I wrote KB, MB and GB, I wrote kilobyte, megabyte and gigabyte, not kibi-, mebi- or gibibyte, because they're abbreviated in a different way, where you add an i after the K, M and G, resulting in it being:
1 kibibyte = 1 KiB
1 mebibyte = 1 MiB
1 gibibyte = 1 GiB

This is binary, not decimal! Decimal is based on the number ten! This is based on the number 2! 1024 is a multiple of two, 1000 is a multiple of ten.

If I am correct, if this was binary, wouldn't kilo equal 2^3? Instead of 10^3?

I really thought you could put the mega system with bits, and bytes, but only the mebi with bits.

Kilo means 1000, kibi means 1024.
So that one is measuring in kibibytes, even though it says kB and not KiB.
In the JEDEC memory standard, it writes KB as 1024. Probably for simplicity, since obviously only a few people know about kibi, mebi etc.

But look here, in the table in the right side of the article. The real value is 1000 for kilo, 10^6 for mega and 10^9 for giga, and the real value is 2^10 for kibi, 2^20 for mebi and 2^30 for gibi.
