Yes it can be the other way smarty. I'm just typing in the date the way Hellpotatoe types it so he won't get confused. Like I can't type a temperature in Fahrenheit because he isn't familiar with the unit if temperature.
By the way, it's like 40 degress outside (4C), and I just finished freezing my feet after standing outside for two minutes.  :P

I don't know. Kelvin is good for science I guess but you don't really aim for molecular science levels of accuracy in everyday life. Therefore Celsius is just fine because of it being based around water.
