In my opinion, this poll should be removed.
By limiting the number of people in this thing you call 'the mane six', you create an elitist group that is supposedly superior to others because it is more involved in universe sandbox or the everything else section etc.
Other people can feel excluded because they're not in this group. Many people may only make a few posts in the help section or elsewhere, but many people look in the everything else section too. I think mrt127 or someone said something along the lines of 'I looked in the everything else section. I'm never going there again' after he read the fiction thread, showing that many people visit the everything else section. Should they feel less important that others?
Even if one makes more contributions to others, that doesn't necessarily mean anything. Should a person be excluded from this 'mane six' because they have a job or a busy life? Some people are more active than others and you can't really say [These people are active contributors] and [These people are not as active contributors].
I really think we/you should eliminate this poll and others like that tournament thread from a while back. You shouldn't say someone is better or more 'into the community' that others. Or ask people to decide it for you.
