I got the email saying that I paid, and it has a receipt number, but there's no key?
How long does it usually take? I sent a customer support request.

It usually take a few hours, but if its taking too long, Dan should help.

Ok. I'll do something else while I wait.
Either it'll show up in the mail or I'll get a service email, I guess.
But, any idea what the average wait is? 2 hours? 5? 3? 10?

For others... If you've paid and you don't see your key be sure to check your Spam folder. If it's not there send me an email letting me know what email address you used to purchase from.
