This is might start an unneeded discussion about who is writing 'stupid' posts. And there is no reason to expect that by anyone saying something that these people will stop posting 'childish' remarks.
I googled niveau, in the first post it means maturity. Please use all one language in a post, that was confusing for a second.

Well, instead of saying who is stupid or not we can follow some simple rules :)
1) Do not insult anyone
2) Do not make unneded posts (example: don't reply to a post and say "yes", "no", "ok" ecc... without adding anything. You can instead try to write an explanation)
3) Do not reply to your own posts. Edit the previous ones. (If they are the last of the topic. If you need to quote a post you made time ago you can do it :) )
4) Instead of opening new topics, try to look for open topics on the same argument
5) If your language isn't very good try to make as low mistakes as you can
6) Do not make a new topic in 2 minutes. Spend some time on your topic and try to find out your solution by yourself first.
Feel free to add comments or rules ;)

I´m sick of all that posts from [user] and even more [user]. Its childish, its senseless. They post evry stuff they have just in mind. Its like they see a fly and then post here: wow i saw a fly while i used universe sandbox.

Do not insult anyone; it's very silly. Moreover you could be banned from the forum. A smiley don't solve the problem.

I don't like this topic. this is useless.
This isn't a useless topic: you are arguing and this means that there is a problem.
I think that the most annoying "thing" is that many people make their posts without thinking sufficiently: I mean that someone posts (for example) new feautures without thinking that they are already in Universe Sandbox, although not as good as they want ==> They could suggest an improvement instead of create a new topic for feauture that is already in the simulator.
Moreover (altough i have to admit that Dan is the person who have the last word on this) don't suggest feautures that are impossible or very hard to implement in Universe Sandbox. At least say "I would like this in US, even if it would need a lot of time" and not just "i want this in US and soon as possible". (For example don't ask a spaceship, with characters inside controllable by the player, to fly around your new solar system: it could be very cool, yes, but it would need a lot of time and it wouldn't fit in the simulator. Again is just an example).
Do not be angry because something in U.S. doesn't work properly. It is made by a single person that cannot spend all his time programming. First post the problem in the forum and discuss it with Dan, or better, with someone that have found the same problem and have already fixed it.
Do not be angry because Dan is not doing new patches (as the previous paragraph).
There are many other examples of this kind...

When I was a kid there was a piece of music software I was really excited about. I remember calling the company (what seemed like) every day asking when the new version would be out. I'm sure the guy I talked to got tired of hearing from me.
Andreas, I agree with many of your concerns, but I suspect that many of these questionable actions are evidence of enthusiasm. (and maybe I have a bad habit of looking at everything in a positive light)
I'm a huge proponent of open discussion and uncensored speech, and I'm glad you've brought this up. But I don't want to single anyone out and so I've edited the posts to remove their names.
And I have no interest in banning anyone.

I agree that these are a good set of guidelines (although #5 seems unnecessary as I really appreciate all the contributions from those who's primary language isn't English).
I know that many of you are excited about a new release and I do apologize for not having released a new version in a long time (a new version will be release very soon). Know that I am continuing to work on Universe Sandbox and have not given up any of my grand plans for want I ultimately want the software to become.
I'm so humbled that all of you are interested in Universe Sandbox to contribute to the forums. Let's all try to think a little harder before we post and realize that we're just little specks on a blue marble in orbit around a massive fire ball of fusion and that we are lucky to exist at all.
