P.S: This looks like Universe Sandbox 2. (kinda...)

Can't tell for sure based on the UI but I suspect its either NASA's Eyes On the Solar System or a web app called Solar System Scope. Not sure though, so I could easily be wrong.

This is Cosmographia. It's made by the creator of Celestia and Sky Guide for iOS (highly recommended).

That game looks like Universe Sandbox 2.
