Title: why most of moons have a parent planet equator inclnation orbit?

like the moon has a orbit with simmilar inclination to the equator of the planet, why doest this hapen?

When a solar system forms it will tend to form a disk because of conservation of angular momentum.
Most things will tend to end up spinning and orbiting in the plane of the disk, but something like a big collision can disturb it.
