Title: video settings error

I was having difficulty with the video settings and wound up with the mouse and graphics offset.  When this happened, I clicked accidentally and changed the settings to some crazy setting and I cannot even see anything to click anymore.  Is there some way to completely reset these settings outside of the game as I cannot see a menu to click in game.  I've uninstalled, but steam must save a settings file for the game that re-loads every install.  Thanks

Games used to save that kind of thing in an .ini file, but I couldn't find one with US². I have the Teacher's Gaming version, so the Steam version might be different.
