How do I get it?
I'm asking here because I sent an email to sales@univer... 2 days ago and didn't get a response.

I resent your product key (by email). I'm really sorry that you never received it. I've seen this happen a couple times now and I'm not sure what the problem is. Did it go into your spam folder by chance?
Had you not saved your receipt I would have only needed the email address you made the purchase with.
I also looked for the other email you sent but I couldn't find it. What email adress did you send that one from?

Well, I checked my spam folder all the way back to the day I sent the money through paypal and I didn't find the key :/
About the e-mail I sent to sales. I sent that through outlook express, perhaps the program glitched and didn't send the e-mail.
