Hey! When I open Universe Sandbox² (http://universesandbox.com) it loads but soon it completely stops and doesn't do anything after that. I think it's because my computer isn't strong enough. So, I ask, "How could I make my MacBook Pro (https://www.apple.com/macbook-pro/?afid=p238%7Cs0vC2LySe-dc_mtid_1870765e38482_pcrid_198777681791_&cid=aos-us-kwgo-mac--slid--product-) stronger?"

The game shouldn't have performance requirements that are too high. I can run it at 30 frames per second on my Macbook Air, which is considered inferior to the Macbook Pro in terms of specs and gaming performance. The issue you are experiencing is probably not to do with the specs of your device.
You can send your log to the developers so they may diagnose what exactly the problem is: http://universesandbox.com/blog/2014/08/support-us2/#emaillog

Before sending us your log, you can try these basic troubleshooting steps here: http://universesandbox.com/support/basic
Often times disabling the Steam Overlay will fix Mac startup issues (see the steps in the link above).

It keeps on happening everytime I reload it.

It could work on my brother's MacBook Air (https://www.apple.com/macbook-air/?afid=p238%7Cs67xqigsC-dc_mtid_1870765e38482_pcrid_206742749703_&cid=aos-us-kwgo-mac--slid--product-) in the exact same account.

If you tried all of the troubleshooting options I linked to above, then please send us your log. Instructions are available here: http://universesandbox.com/support/emaillog

I did that, but the send keeps on flashing on my screen.

Do you mean you're not able to send the file through your email? What email service are you using?

I'm using a MacBook Pro (https://www.apple.com/macbook-pro/?afid=p238%7Cs0vC2LySe-dc_mtid_1870765e38482_pcrid_198777681791_&cid=aos-us-kwgo-mac--slid--product-), and I'm using the app "Mail". When I press the "Send" picture button it doesn't send.
It blinks on the screen every time I open Mail.

Can you please try enabling safe mode to see if that helps?
Instructions are available here: http://universesandbox.com/support/safemode
Let me know if that does not work.

It still doesn't work. :( I tried this link (http://universesandbox.com/blog/2014/08/support-us2/#safemode). It only works on my brother's MacBook Air (https://www.apple.com/macbook-air/) and my brother's Windows computer (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/).
-
Okay, can you send us another log file? Try running it with -safemode enabled, then attach your log like before. Thanks.
-
OK. Here it is :D

Strange that it is not working. I am testing on the same model of MacBookPro and it works just fine. The only difference is the amount of system memory and that I am running macOS Sierra (10.12) and you are running a slightly older version.
Are you able to upgrade your OS? It is a free upgrade. Instructions are available here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201475
Updating your OS is not guaranteed to fix this issue, but it may help.

Updated.

I'm going to check.
