How about it? I saw something like this on the ksp forum, you build an aircraft based on certain criteria. I would suggest this with the mods Airplane Plus (https://mods.curse.com/ksp-mods/kerbal/245311-airplane-plus), and perhaps an aerodynamics mod but im not sure.
