Title: I can't see alpha 19

When I go into game properties and click on 'betas', the drop down menu only goes up to "alpha 18.2e"
How do I make it so I can see Alpha 19?

Note, I have already:
Restarted steam
Restarted my PC
Reinstalled Universe Sandbox2

Alpha 19 is now officially out, so it is no longer found in the Betas tab. If you've selected something in the Betas tab, please set it to "NONE - opt out of all beta programs."

Steam will then automatically download the update. If it's not, then it may make sense to try restarting Steam again.  :)
