Title: Universe sandbox 1 working on 8.1?

I currently use windows 8.1, will universe sandbox 1 work? I want a fast reply as I want this game bad but don't want to waste money. thank you.

oh yeah, I don't have 25 dollars so I cant get 2. I only have 10 dollars.

It will work on windows 8.1; it is a modern game.
