Title: bought game but no access

My son purchased this game about an hour ago with a 25$ mastercard gift card he received for a present. He must have put in the wrong email address, but by the time I looked it was too= late. I cannot find a number on here anywhere to call to get help. He has been wanting this game for a long time and used his own money to buy it, so please do not disappoint him, please help us! I have all of the information that was used to buy the game except the actual access to the game.
