It Would Be Cool If These Features Were To Be Added Into Universe Sanbox 2  :D
The Color Selection Feature Is In Universe Sanbox 1.
The Galaxy Creation Tool Will Mostly Be Like This

Spiral Arms Color
Center Bulge Region Color
Supermassive Black Hole Size
GHC (Galactic Habitable Zones)
Size Of The Galaxy
Shape Of The Galaxy (Spiral, Barred Spiral, Elliptical, ETC)
Brightness Of The Galaxy
Dormant Or Active (If Active The SMB Should Shoot Out High Energy Particles)

The Better Black Holes Feature Might Require SHP
The City Lights Should Only Work For Habitable Planets (Organics, Land, Water, Star, ETC)
The Graphics Really Needs To Be Improved. Alpha 4 Is Better Then Alpha 18
The Color Selection Tool Is What We Can Use To Create Weird Purple Stars :D
