Hi there,
Since the recent update, I've been unable to load any saved objects or sims. The saved objects field is blank, despite objects being saved. For saved sims, they no longer appear under the "my sims" tab. Instead, there is an option to "Open Simulation Folder", however doing so and clicking on a sim just results in the standard solar system being opened, not a saved sim.
p.s. Love Universe Sandbox 2, keep up the good work!

Sorry for the issue. Are you logged in as an Admin user on your computer? I believe we fixed this issue with accessing files, but it's worth looking into.

Yes, I'm logged in as Admin user on the computer. Loading and saving worked fine until the recent update (23 Dec or so). Logs are attached. I tried reinstalling and that didn't solve the issue either.

Thanks for the additional info and the log file. I do see a file-related error in your log, so hopefully that'll point us toward the issue. It's been passed onto the team, I'll let you know when we have an update on the issue.

Sorry for the delay. We added a fix for this in 18.1, which was released on January 8th. Sorry I did not mention this.
Are you running 18.1+? If so, are they still not appearing under My Sims?

Hi, yes I'm running 18.2c. The problem unfortunately still persists.
