Sorry for the issue.

The first solution to try is disabling the Steam Overlay: http://universesandbox.com/support/disableoverlay

Please try that and see if it works.

If not, we'll also need to see your log file, in addition to the crash files you posted. Instructions on where to find this: http://universesandbox.com/support/emaillog

Do you see output_log.txt?
