Title: [BUG] Altered Obliquity is not visualised if Rotation Lock is on

The title says it all, if the Rotation Lock is turned on then changes in obliquities are not visualised. Easy to reproduce- turn on the rotation lock> change the obliquity.. nothing happens.

Thanks for reporting. I was able to reproduce the issue -- adding it to the list.
